Xbox one's trigger buttons hurt your fingers.

Maybe an odd title but it's true in my case.

When I play Super Meat Boy on Xbox One I tryhard for the best times and so what I do is that I hold down sprint 100% of the time and it just kills my index finger on the Xbone controller.

I switched back to my 360 to give it a go there and it worked fine for my hands, I could play for however long I felt like and perform well at the same time.

So my question really is: Are there any custom triggers to get that are more similar to the 360 controllers? since the weird fatness and upward pointing end of the trigger button just makes it difficult to tryhard with. And perhaps ones that make it a little
bit more resistant to press, I notice the 360 controller is a lot better in that aspect aswell.

(The Xbone controller works splendid for casual play)

Xbox One will not support 360 Steering Wheels!!!

The angle of the triggers kill my fingers. I never had an issue with using R1 to shoot and since it feels more like a button than a trigger, it doesn't hurt my finger at long-stretches.

 

New Xbox Controllers

There's nothing wrong with the bumper buttons, unless you use the controller claw style. the bumpers are more like levers now, all you have to do is squeeze in a bit with the same fingers used for the trigger and it hits the bumper, no effort needed and you keep your fingers on the triggers at all times. It's a much easier method for FPS, especially if you play MP.

 

There is a new controller now called the Elite. It's a little more expensive but has programmable (mappable) buttons to help with gameplay.
