Xbox ones says i have not played any games under the achievements section.

When i go to my profile one the xbox one, and then go to the achievements its tells me "This person has not played any games" This started yeasterday. I have tried shutting the system off and unplugging it. I can access my achievements on that side bar thing
and they show up on the site.There also all in my game librar on the system. They just wont show up on the achievements page or when i compare with other people.

Time tracker in achievements doesn't work

I have noticed that "minutes played" tracker doesn't work in any Xbox One game, that's why any of the games in which i have played in the last few days, doesn't shown up in "See all achievement section". Any game, which doesn't have "minutes played" tracker
in its stats, propperly shown up in "See all achievements" and evrything is ok with them (such as Xbox 360 bacward campatibility games)

 

Rocket League Achievements Won't Unlock

I did all those steps in the sticky, and everything the tech support reps told me to do. Nothing works. None of the achievements work. I should have more than the ones I posted in the first post.

Yet I still have zero achievements in the game and zero progress according to the Xbox achievement section. The in game stats show I have played and should have unlocked many achievements.

 

I have the exact same problem, even tried deleting and redownloading my account still pops up with no games play even though I have gamerscore and on the Xbox website all my achievements appear

Further note when I check my achievements in a snapped view it is fine only the full screen achievement pages says no games played

 

Exact same problem. Definitely not alone here. The snap sidebar shows it fine, but not on profile. Also, it doesn't show on Windows 10 app.

 

Someone please fix this issue

 

Thought they would have noticed and fixed it by the time i wake up the next day but nope! This can't be bumped enough. One of the worst issues the service has ever had, being able to see how they're fairing against friends on leaderboards and tracking progress
is very important to a lot of players.

 

I'm still experiencing this problem. Getting really annoyed.

Same problem here. Used Microsoft support chat and after asking if I am on the Xbox One (which I said yes) the person told me to go to Settings>Storage and press the Y button to clear the cache. I am thinking, you can't do this on the Xbox One, can you?
But I say "Ok". Person says "take your time, keep me posted" I say thank you. They say "anything for you, Kate" which was nice but sorta creepy. It takes me like 10 seconds to see that you can't do that. So I go back in and type "I think that only works on
the Xbox 360". They disconnect the chat. Ridiculousness ;(

 

Could you fix it?? I still have this issue....

 

Same problem happened to me, hopefully MS fixes this problem.

Also been having this issue for quite a few days now. Nice to know I'm not alone but irritating how long this issue has persisted.
