    Xbox OneS keeps turning off randomly


    got an xbox oneS for my lad and it keeps randomly turning off. Had it 13 months and was fine but seems to have happened far more frequently last few months. Can barely play it and he is getting upset. Checked Xbox site but none of the issues listed seem
    to be the issue we have. Same router as before, in same place, it’s well ventilated and not getting hot etc

    none of that worked, tried before. Only thing I can’t do is attach via Ethernet as that is not possible based on location of router vs where Xbox is.
