You would need to contact your internet provider. They would ge the ones that would be able to help with this situation.

Legally speaking you don't actually own the digital ga.es you purchase but instead are allowed access to the content Microsoft owns. However if the current levels of digitilisation persist then the law may cha ge ik order to protect your purchases
