    Why does XBOX One's APU feature using 12/14CUs of the GCN. It is said to improve yields but what does it mean by improving yields?

    Hi,

    Sorry about the issue there. It's not a fault with HDMI, it's a graphics hardware fault with the Xbox One's APU.

    The only fix is to have the console repaired by Microsoft.

    Proof of concept != emulation. Because a subset of conditions can be met does not mean an emulator is functional, and it certainly doesn't mean one can be made to work on the Xbox One's APU. To run PCSX2 requires a moderately
    powerful PC, ones with significantly faster cores than Xbox One's APU has.

    Handwaving by saying, "Well, it can play Frogger 2 so it must be possible," doesn't fly when it comes to emulation.

    Xbox One S keep Freeze and keep Shut Off Randomly.

    Xbox One S Will Resolve:

    1. APU Controlled Clock Speed set to minimize limit frequency.

    2. Restart to clear Memory if there is full standby cache.

    3. Motherboard or APU temperature sensor set to unlimited or disable.

    Xbox One S there is no BIOS setting unlike the PC.

    Just Try and Error.

    APUs were already available for the PC before Xbox One/PS4 and they are excellent for small form factor builds.

    You need a dedicated gpu not a discrete apu

    Your apu is unlikely will havr enough power

    Intel apus which are gpu integrated into the CPU like Vega etc don't do well with high end

    Vegas do well but never an Intel apu

    It's mostly low end gaming apu

    Guessing ita alaptop you at trying it on
