if you get an error code that seems to tell you your game took too long to load and you have tried everything including you tube to correct it it could be the hard drive in the console, bc along with the console hard drive in mine I've got an external one
as well and when I was updating one of my games it seemed to take all the available console resources just for the update. I usually keep the most played games on the internal drive and the rest on the external, so if you only have the one drive and you are
updating an game, you might try to pausing the update and try to see if it frees up the limited memory on the console if that doesn't work then the internal or external drive may be too hot to work correctly or no good anymore . I've heard you can buy an internal
drive for the xbox one fairly cheaper than buying an new console. I hope this information helps someone.
