i cant send messages or talk in parties i think i might have been reported also i never even cussed or saide racist word to people i think the problem is is that people get so mad that they just report and saying that i hack and stuff but they just getad
at the game.

I'm sorry to see any issues! Checking your public profile, you have 0 gamerscore. Is it possible that you do not have Gold on this account yet? Gold is required to be able to talk in parties. Because it's a new account, you may be blocked from sending messages
until your account is verified by Skype. You can do that by following the steps in

this messaging support article. The link will ask for a phone number, send you a code, and then verify that code and your account.

Let me know if you do indeed have Gold, have no Enforcement actions on the link Fowl provided, and if you tried the Skype link for me. We'll see where to go from there!
