    I was trying to play with my friends and they would send me an invite to join their party and it would not show an invite being sent for me, and then it started saying that I was offline. Does anybody know what could be wrong?

    There was an issue yesterday that should be cleared up. If you're still having troubles, give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having troubles, please let us know so that we can best help you

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
