    my Xbox one isn't reading game I've try everything and don't know how to fix the problem I've been through the help step trying to turn Xbox off going through my network settings as it said to do but I'm getting no where with it how would I fix the problem

    Hey gilmour16! Check out the troubleshooting steps
    here
    and see if they help. If the issue persists, you will want to request a repair as stated in step 2 of the "None of my discs play, or my disc isn't recognized when I insert it" section. Thanks!

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
