    We just got the xbox 1 yesterday so far it is a piece of garbage! We are so disappointed my young son put $150 of his own money towards it. It is so slow it has been updating for 24 hours! His first game took 17 hours to download . Now it shut down 2
    hours ago with the light just blinking we can't shut it on or off. I guess we shouldn't have gotten rid of the Playstation . So disappointed in this console. You spend $250 on something it should work. And as far as we have come with technology and
    it takes 17 hours to download a racing game really ???? This is ridiculous the poor kid gets this gaming system and can't even play it yet?!!!!!!!

    Take it back and if you can't get a full refund, just exchage it for the Pro, which even used. Out sells xbox.

    I feel the exact same way I want something you put in the disc and 30 seconds later your play a game. It just doesn't work waste of money.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
