    So I go to a Microsoft location bc my Xbox One is not powering on. They say it's out of warranty but they are out of the $115 replacements so I should do it online. I go online and pay the $115. I am given a shipping label (I paid 10.50 for expedited shipping).
    I go to a FedEx location to drop off on 12/30/16. It is now 1/7/17 and the package has not been received by Microsoft yet. Nor have they shipped my replacement. I don't understand. I am so upset that I'm ready to give up and switch to PlayStation. I give Xbox
    thousands of dollars yearly. What is so difficult?!

    Yes. It JUST arrived at Microsoft today according to FedEx. This is ridiculous.

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
