We bought an xbox one with Serial number: 205734743748 the 13/11/14 on GAME Store in Sandvika Storsenter GAME Store have invested in Norway

Xbox works does not submit image to TV, we have tried with some HDMI cables

Have talked to Elkjøp about the staff at Elkjøp said you can bring it to us, we shall pass on to Microsoft, I have delivered to Elkjøp the crockery department, after two weeks I got sms from Elkjøp came to fetch xbox when I came to the retail outlet for retrieving
they said sorry we can not register this Xbox it is blocked, they are the same thing happened with Lefdal they could not register it either, you must create an account on Microsoft and register it possibly send them on service said both Elkjøp and Lefdal I
have created account tried several times but did not register it What is due to it is blocked?

Xbox has a 5 year warranty on

I've talked to the consumer council regarding this they said I need to send explanation to you first.
