    Its always worth getting an extended warranty IMO. Especially for first-gen electronics like the X1.

    This is not normal. But can you describe more about the problem you are having?

    Is it just Minecraft that isnt loading, or are there other issues, and if so what?

    Any error codes or messages being displayed on screen?

    My sons the same, except with Fifa and Madden. Console tuns off when you try to start the game. Can't find any solutions.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
