please help. I bought a Xbox one console for my kid for Christmas and he hasn't been able to play the peace of crap. Runs updates the whole day. And then gets the is message. " your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues. Sorry there is
a problem our side. To see which services are effected,check the current service status in setting >network"

The problem is ....it won't let me get to setting.

Its always worth getting an extended warranty IMO. Especially for first-gen electronics like the X1.

I have had a Xbox one for four weeks now still can't get the games to update. The only games we can play are the ones that don't need to be updated. What is up whit this just started looking into it, sounds like this his been going on for awhile.

 

Not sure if my issue is the same or not sounds similar but I woke up yesterday to the system not logging my into my account right away then when it finally does I cant view my account. Also I cant download a single thing including a game I just paid $10
for this morning, I'm hoping this is just a server overload issue from the holidays because I have had the system for over a month and it has worked fine up until yesterday.
