    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you taken any troubleshooting steps yet? If not, start with a

    power cycle     of your console and see if that helps. And if your console is in Instant-On mode, try flipping it to

    Energy Saver mode     and see what happens.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
