    Well I would like to say that could I please be unbanned because I was at work for aboht 2 weeks and NBA 2k 17 came out like 4-5 days ago and I only got home two days ago and I can't even play it because my brother who's ten was playing NBA and I said he
    could play Xbox but not online and he has done something and I can't even play it now , I have spent 120$ and I can't even play it now and it's upset me cause I'm always positive that and I've just got all this negative stuff going with the Xbox

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
