    Hi killer! Have you tried doing a hard reset on the console? You can do this by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off, then unplug the console for 30 seconds, plug it back in and power back on. Hopefully this will resolve
    your issue.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
