    Games will not load fully and a message pops up saying "sorry we could not get last saved data" I have tried everything from Hard Reset, to Full Shutdown, to Unplugging everything but nothing has worked for me and I running out of options... Please Help!

    XBOX ONE

    Have you unplugged your modem/router for 30 seconds and then plugged them back in?

    As the console is trying to get your saved data from the cloud it could be a simple Internet reset that would clear up your problem.

    Also, check for firmware updates for your modem/router if you haven't done it recently.

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
