    Hi I have a question that I need help solving I’ve had my Xbox one s for about 4 years now and about a month or so ago it stopped letting me play most games and keeps freezing on diffrent screens.Hopefully someone can help me.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
