Xbox one

Hello.

So I received a email from Microsoft saying they thought there was unusual activity on my account. And they locked it. I need to verify the account. So I tried to log in on my xbox. And I could not. So I was going through the motions and accidentally erased the wrong back up email from the list there was two one my wife's and one mine. I erased mine on accident and my wife's was shutdown in 2014. Now when I put I don't have any of these. It says verify. So I try to do that but I keep getting sorry the information you have given is inadequate. I have spoken to and chatted with multiple people from Microsoft. The last person I spoke to sent me to the account lock review from I have filled that out and am waiting. Is there anything else I might have missed? I don't want to start over on my games as I have some I have been playing for way to long.
