My Xbox one likes to turn off randomly and I don't know why. I have had six power bricks the first 4 didn't shut the Xbox off just made a lot of noise but the second to last one made noise and started shutting it off so I bought a new one and now the new
one keeps shutting the Xbox off but no noise at first I had in plugged into a surge protector but now its plugged directly into the wall and for a few days I could play without any issue but now its shutting itself off again and it shows a red light on the
power brick but the power brick and Xbox are barely warm and also took the Xbox top cover off to clean some of the dust build up off. So I don't know if I need to take it in and have it professionally looked at or what

No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
