    I read advice to uninstall my game and then reinstall and this can put right any gremlins. Unfortunately I cannot find the game to reinstall. I have looked in hidden games on different accounts without success. I thought maybe I needed to make a payment
    but no this has already been made. The game is ESO and I am on Xbox live gold: Can anyone help please or do I need to contact MS support.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
