Olá, meu xbox one esta com problemas. Ontem a tarde eu estava jogando tranquila e do nada travou o jogo, esperei destravar e nada. Desliguei o console, quando liguei novamente deu tela verde e logo depois tela preta. Com isso fui ao google pesquisar (aconteceu
isso com bastante gente) e aí fui para a solução de instalar a atualização offline. Quando foi instalar deu erro duzentos e alguma coisa. Ele ainda esta na garantia faz apenas 6 meses que comprei e ja deu problema. Gostaria de saber o que eu posso fazer para
acionar a garantia ou se tem mais algum recurso antes disso?
