    Estou com problemas ha meses com a instalação atualização de jogos no Xbox One. Ao tentar instalar qq jogo no HD Externo ele apresenta a informação de instalação interrompida. Ja troquei o hd e realizei todos os procedimentos que encontrei na internet mas
    nada resolve. Tentei contato com a microsoft por telefone mas sem sucesso. Preciso de ajuda para resolver este problema.
