    can anyone tell me why i cannot go to my homepage on xbox one, it keeps scrolling back to store. i have tried powering it off and on again .it was working fine the night before but yesterday this started happening.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
