    My xbox will turn on and go to the main screen but it acts like my controller doesn't work. I have tried both a wireless and wired controller and neither work on it. The xbox will go to different screens by voice command but when asked to sign in will kick
    me out before I have a chance to answer? have only had it for 4 days and I am very aggravated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hold the X button on the console for 10 to reset then push the button on the controller or xbox then it should work

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
