    i justbrought a xbox one from cash converters the machine turns on ok but i cant get past the sign in page as i dont know the previous owners details is there any way i can get this working ive had it two days and still not working after it took a day
    to update it thank you for your help

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
