Xbox one

My son has undergone a massive head surgery that left him paralyzed for a week also had his vertabrae cut into and had his top 2 removed on mothers day and on his first birthday which was same day. His name is bear.this last 10 months he loved to
play the dancing games on Xbox but the Xbox that I have is having serious issues all the time and he can no longer enjoy the Xbox and I was wondering if someone at Microsoft could help my family out with a new Xbox for my children which I have a 5 and 11 year
old as well and we are also on government shutdown. I know this is a massive stretch to ask but I am telling the truth I have pictures we or my son was in the papers on tv and such someone please help me give my son what he loves the most. I habe contacted
support and tried all i can do for the xbox but we as a family of 5 my wife and i and 3 children 11,5,1 and my yougest 2 love xbox and dancing mainly my son and was hoping microsoft can help this family somehow in this tough time. My wife is inder government
shutdown and i had to go through surgury a 3 time at the fault of the doctor and left me jobless for the last year and now another 3 months i hope to get back to work but even the smallest things mean so much right now and if my kids can be happy i will sleep
a little better at night. Im sorry this is probably the worst way to go about all this but im a desperate dad that will do anytjing for my kids thankd for reading this have a nice day
