Eske le pongo le pongo un disco ah mi consola se pode bien pero despues se le escucha un ruido y mejo lo saco ... que puedo aser para que no se escucha el ruido ... y grasias

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and your console is making strange noises.

If everything else works on your console, then you can always try a soft reset in case there is some kind of software problem with the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

We have the instructions on how to do one here on our site entitled

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

That being said, the console is not supposed to make any strange noises aside from a soft hum so if that is the case, and I would strongly suggest creating a repair order for your console either through our

device support portal or by
contacting our support directly.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issue with your console.

If your console doesn't take discs, like it doesn't read/take any discs, I would say the thing you should do is check out these troubleshooting steps here on our support pages entitled

How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One and
Manually eject a disc from Xbox One. They should be able to guide you as to how to resolve that.
