Xbox one

My xbox will turn on but the screen stays blank. But sometimes it will completly turn on and I’ll be able to play my gane for a little bit and then it will freeze! I’ve done all rebooting options and even did a factory reset. Do you guys know what could
be causing this problem?

I Need Help With System Updates on my Xbox One in order to resolve this issue. We will provide steps on how to navigate through the article for the solution. Be sure to let us know the results!

1. Click the system update article link we provided
2. Select I Need To Troubleshoot A System Update Error
3. Choose the console that is experiencing the issue
4. Select I Am Experiencing A Startup Issue
5. Select Black Screen

 

So it starts up right away now, but it keeps freezing up when i go to certain stuff.

in order to resolve this issue.

Try this out and let us know the results.

 

Hi try removing the console from the insider programme then rebooting the console you can rejoin the insider programme if it works or not.

 

Still nothing it won’t even let me go into the store. Its keeps giving me an error code (0x8027025a)

 

It won’t let me get in any app.
