У меня при входе в профиль на xbox выскакивает ошибка .Служба недоступна .Вы находитесь в регионе ,где эта служба недоступна.(0x80a40401)

Something may have changed, as a lot of people get this problem if they are not in an xbox live supported country. If you're in one of those on that list I have provided then it should be working. Otherwise please see this page for help on that error:
