Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

Retry afterwards

 

It helps. Can Microsoft fix the problem permanently?

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help assist with the situation, It sounds like the Xbox console is Freezing every now and then. Power cycling is a great idea given by the ambassador I was going to suggest just that. Another thing we could try doing to
help fix the issue is clearing the local saved games and possibly uninstalling any extra games you don't play anymore on the Xbox One console.

Steps to perform to clear local saved games.

1. Go to the Consoles settings.

2. From settings click on system.

3. Navigate from System and click on Storage.

4. Lastly from Storage click on clear local saved games.
