Xbox one

I got my xbox one yesterday and i set it up today, I press the power button on the controller then on the console.

Is it possible to get a new one?

Can you please be more specific about what the issue is?

If it is an issue with the controller has it been synced to the console properly? If there is a Kinect attached and it does not recognize the controller then hold the sync button found at the front of the controller and the sync button on the console found
on the left side just in front of the USB port at the same time until the light on the controller flashes.

 

Ok the plastic cover was on it i thought it would not be a problem but it was.

Its works this morning and now it stopped working.

The hard drive was making a lot of noise then it died, i tried to reboot the console.
