So i have this problem on my Xbox One, where i can download 360 games,but they won't connect to the internet when I'm obviously connected..

Let's check a few things and see if we can figure out why that is going on.

• Have you tried this on a wired and wireless connection?
• Are you seeing this with any back compat game you try to launch?
• Which version of the Xbox One console are you on?
• Have you
  removed your profile,
  power cycled the console, and then signed back in ad tried again?
• Have you tested another profile to see if the same thing happens?

Let's also have you run through the
back compat troubleshooter to see if we can get it working properly that way.
