    Its always worth getting an extended warranty IMO. Especially for first-gen electronics like the X1.

    To start out, can you try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle your Xbox One, and then add your profile back to see if that helps with the error you're receiving?

    To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off. If you're still having issues, please let us know.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
