    The games work fine, you just cannot scroll down when you click on the user to change account for example, you cant access settings because once you open it up the controller wont go past the second option. Hard rebooted it as well as switching it on and
    off again, replugged it. Nothing works, how can this be fixed?

    Hi there!

    To be sure we understand, what game is this happening with or is this happening in the console's main menu?

    Does this happen with multiple controllers and when the controller is wired to the console with a USB cable?

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
