    I come to you because I have a problem with my xbox one.

    Indeed, when I trying to put my account in main , a message appears on the screen and indicate I already have registred 5 times a main account

    However I have never recorded any main account.

    Could you help me please ?

    Its always worth getting an extended warranty IMO. Especially for first-gen electronics like the X1.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
