    I'm looking for a certified place that could do an install for an internal hard drive for my XBox One. I wanted to upgrade the hard drive that I currently have (500gbs). I live in Phx, AZ.

    Microsoft are the only ones who are authorized to work on their consoles. I don't believe they do a hard drive upgrade, but you would have to contact support to set it up with them. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
