Xbox one zappin me

I'm trying to interpret your case because it sounds very strange. By shock, do you mean that your game crashes for half a second? I find it hard to understand the nature of physical shock on a controller. It goes against all logic above all because
the triggers in theory are isolated from the internal circuit of operation. I would prefer you specify better.

Not fully, when they are pulled they do complete a circuit, at that point they are not isolated.

To me it never happened, and the first time I hear this situation, let us know if the controller was connected by cable or batteries

I'd say that the controller is faulty, and when you press the brake button in the wire connected to the brake button is touching another wire causing it to send out a spark and zap you. I would stop using it until you can get it repaired. If you do continue
to use it definitely do not plug it in to the Xbox because that could send out a bigger spark that could harm you.

Cant say i am. Bit of a concern though. I would check the cables and make sure not damaged and all in working order. If they fine and it continues you can contact support and see if any other infirmation is in faqs. Hope it all works out
