Xbox One: Xbox Live going in and out every 30 seconds

This is not an internet issue, I have 5 bars and decent internet speed. Here is what is happening. I fire up my console, when I get to the home page, I have to go connect to live. But after that it disconnects. After about 30 seconds, it reconnects.
30 seconds later it disconnects. It does this cycle of disconnecting and reconnecting on its own, non stop

What is really frustrating is it gives me no error code. Just disconnects and reconnects in a loop

Someone please help. I cannot play any games that require live.

I'm downloading a movie right now thats why download is a bit slow. But brb.

No, my NAT settings have always been on moderate. No matter what I do it doesn't change. This is also a struggle since I never get host because of it. Even though I usually have the best connection in a lobby.

My router admins page said this:

Attain IP Protocol : Dynamic IP Address

IP Address : 84.107.99.85

Subnet Mask : 255.255.254.0

Default Gateway : 84.107.98.1

MAC Address : 00:0C:F6:5F:E4:E9

Primary DNS : 212.54.40.25,212.54.35.25

 

I even reset to factory defaults. No change. I am popping on and off xbox live every 30 seconds (I've timed it. Its almost 30 seconds every time) Someone please help. My xbox is unusable right now.

 

Heads up. It looks like it was my router. Just unplugged and it work
