Xbox one X

okay so like 2 months ago my xbox gives me a e106 error due to xbox insiders i think the update failed and damaged my conosle i try updating manually but it does not work my theory is that since the insiders update is newer than the update currently out on xbox (ive checked) that it wont update to a older version im in the alpha skip ahead ring also it is not a hardrive error ive checked it out
