xbox one x

I have a new xbox one x and use to have 24 digital games on it. Several of them were new releases. I started the console recently and not a single one of my games are playable anymore. A notification shows saying that i do not own the game or app for every
game that i try to play. I've tried resetting the console, removing and adding my account, making this console my "home xbox", and tried uninstalling several games to try to reinstall them to see if that would work(as suggested). However i only lost those
games and they are no longer available to even install. I have less games now and still nothing will play.

Lots of money wasted, very upset. There needs to be a way for me to access these digital games.

Doom 4k HDR

Looking at the Xbox One X Enhanced list here:
https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/xbox-one/xbox-one-x-enhanced-list, Doom is 4K on the Xbox One X, but not HDR supported.

If your Xbox one X is set for 4K resolution, then it will automatically play Doom in 4K

We understand that there are games were purchased on the account that are now not available on your Xbox One console.

Our suggestion here, attempt to perform a soft factory reset on the console:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

Try then adding the account back and checking the Games and Apps Section to see if the games are once again
on the console.

When you say you use to have 24 digital games on it? Do you mean that when you bought the console and it already had some of those games on them?

When a game is purchased the license for that game goes along with that account that purchased it. The only way that you would lose that license is if the game was refunded for some reason.

If it was a games with gold Xbox one game you are required to have a gold subscription in order to keep the ability to play those games.

The best thing to do is to sign into your account at account.microsoft,com and look at your purchase history it will show any games that your account has the license for when it was purchased and if it was refunded.

No longer having the license for the game would be the reason that when you go into the store on the console or online and it says that you have to purchase the game.
