    In the middle of a game my xbox one x shut down. I can't get it to turn on again. What's up with this?

    Verify that the power cord has not unpluged. If do not plug go to Microsoft store near you for evaluate the guaranted.

    You can try a power cycle as this tends to fix a lot of issues. While it is on, hold the power button for 10 full seconds. The system will turn off and then you can restart it.

    Also, try plugging directly into a wall outlet as the Xbox tends to be picky about surge protectors. Still having issues that you may have to look into the option that someone else suggested of a local store or you can go to the microsoft website and login,
    check your devices and there is a Schedule Repair option that will let you see what other options are out there to get it looked at.

    I unplugged the console, waited, plugged it back in. I reset the power supply. It's working now. Thanks

    There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

    There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

    Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

    And there is no xbox one series x

    Just xbox series s or x

    It actually would. There's an Xbox One, One S, and One X that are all in the same family. Then there is the Series S and Series X that are in a completely different family of consoles.

    An Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X. The game will not work on an One X.

    Xbox one isn't xbox one s or x compatible they are all compatible it's only the x that has some enhancements but generally the game will download on any xbox one

    Series x is just xbox series s or x

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.
