    Happy to help troubleshoot that issue!

    We would love to get a bit more information so we fully understand what is going on. Can you describe exactly what the console is doing in as much detail as possible?

    A Video of what you are seeing would also be great.

    Is the console plugged into a power strip or surge protector by chance?

    greetings from August 2018!

    I don't have any good news for you I'm afraid.

    I just got an xbox one x and wrestled with error screens on start-up, the animation at start was choppy and it takes an age to enter home screen - IF AT ALL! ....usually just an unresponsive error, reset etc page.

    I updated, configured, patched, installed and tried everything and wasted 4 days of HELL with it.

    I sent it back to Amazon UK, and now i have to wait for my darn refund!!!

    ...even in August 2018, the xbox one x is just a heavy black brick! ...xbox team and Microsoft should be utterly ashamed by their corporate infrastructure!

    There are so many criminal gangs working in, and with Microsoft, so its no surprise that we the gamers and customers suffer and receive no apologies ...everyone is stuffing their mouths with gold, they care nothing for us, the gamers.

    There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

    There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

    Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

    And there is no xbox one series x

    Just xbox series s or x

    It actually would. There's an Xbox One, One S, and One X that are all in the same family. Then there is the Series S and Series X that are in a completely different family of consoles.

    An Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X. The game will not work on an One X.

    Xbox one isn't xbox one s or x compatible they are all compatible it's only the x that has some enhancements but generally the game will download on any xbox one

    Series x is just xbox series s or x

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.
