Xbox One X YouTube App Sign-In Error

For the last 4 or 5 days, I haven't been able to sign into the YouTube app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, no fixes there. I punch in the code every time as specified, shows everything is good on the PC/Phone end, and then the
Xbox app just shows there was an error signing in and to try again. I've tried different accounts, different emails, nothing works. Any ideas on how to fix it? Getting increasingly more frustrated as the days go by.

YouTube is the only app that's been affected. I've tried both the troubleshooting article you provided and the youtube.com support page, but nothing has helped. No issues with the account or app on any other device I own.

Nope, was at one point but it's been well over a year since I dropped out of it.
