    I have been attempting to update my Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Edition console for a good while now. Whenever I attempt an online update, I receive the message "There was a problem with the update" with the error code 0x80070070 0x00000000 0x90130005. I have checked the troubleshooting page and nothing is working. None of the error codes listed match the one I am receiving. I have tried requesting a call only to be hung up on. I have been attempting an offline update, but my console refuses to recognize the USB with the OSU file. I need this update because my Xbox wont let me use it without it. Am I missing something? Is there a solution? Please help!

    xbox one and xbox one x

    The xbox one is the one that completely turns off. The xbox one x wont make it past the screen that allows you to do an offline update. So it's broke.

    Arranged for return under warranty, just to recap, it wont update online, it will update offline, then after no other issues playing games etc, will restart if set to always on, it wont restart after a full shut down, the xbox one x intro movie doesn't
    play, goes straight to trouble shoot screen.

    You can perform a factory reset with the option to remove everything. If that doesn’t work then sadly, your console needs repair.
