    Xbox One X won't update


    Hi, I have been trying for the last couple of hours to download the latest Xbox One update (3.6GB) and everytime it says a problem occured. Is anyone getting the same problem? How do I fix it?

    my xbox one x won't download system update. I have factory reset it and tried to do a offline update too, but with no luck.

    I got this error code when doing offline update. Error code: E101000005048B050041

    Sorry too hear that

    If you havent already try reseting the router and restart the console once the router is back up and running

    Thgere is also this troubleshooting guide too help with system updates and errors

    Choose I need too trooubleshoot a system update error

    Choose what xbox one you have ie OG S or X

    Choose i am getting a update error message/ error code

    Follow the online steps

    Xbox 360 e power problem

    This is more than likely the power brick has failed. Same thing happened to my x360 and the reason I updated to Xbox one X. Time to update to a new console I suggest.

    Either the next gen Series S/X models or XBox one S/X.

    You won't look back, but will wonder why you didn't update earlier.

    The xbox one x won't let me add an account, and neither will my 2 old xbox ones. All do the grey screen.

    The old xboxes say the new update went through. The xbox one x says the same, the update happened the same time my xboxes stopped letting me add my profile. Does that mean all 3 will need this offline update?

    What game or games does this message pop for? Many Xbox One games have updates specifically for the Xbox X. If your Xbox One game has a 4K assets update for example, you'll be prompted to download this when using the drive on the Xbox One X console.

    The Xbox One S and original Xbox One don't support X-enhancements, so you won't be prompted for that update when using the drive on the One S.

    All Xbox One games (except Kinect games) are compatible with the Series X. So yes, it will work.
    It runs On my series x but it won't go online and its laggy is there an solution for this?
