    Xbox one X won't update on first time set up


    Just got a brand new Xbox One X and it will not update. I have done a factory reset, I have tired wireless and wired connections and i still recieve an error code of 0x80072f8f 0x00000000 0x00000201. Thank you in advance for your help

    The problem is on there end. Updates arnt working I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes but that's what they told me.

    They are working on a fix with no ETA when it will be working but it's not your console / internet etc it's an xbox live related issue
