    Hi,
    Today my console suddenly turn off alone ans et won't boot since.
    Here is a video showing the sound it make now :


    Anyone ever encountered this issue ?

    try to check on support xbox page if you can find a solution, otherwise you need to open a repair ticket..

    To all,

    I have the same issue, xbox one x suddenly will not turn on (nothing happened out of the ordinary such as a power outage or shutting off mid update).

    I tried using a different power cable - still will not power on. The system is able to output power through the USB ports.

    Havent found much in the way of simple solutions online thus far (everything I am seeing is pointing towards opening the console and replacing the power supply)

    If anyone knows of a good source or reference I would be much obliged if you could share.

    Reddit user: Drakylus fixed it for me.

    Seems to be the external HDD - unplugged that and then it booted- put the hard drive back in and all good.

    Just need XBOX LIVE to stop kicking me off now!

    Thanks for the reply and trying to help.

    I have tried the suggests from your link but that hasn't worked. I have also left it unplugged for 2 hours now and plugged it back in and nothing.

    I've tried the call back feature from support but that isn't working either.

    So as its bricked now and useless do you reckon I can get a refund on the rest of my Xbox Live and Game Pass subscription at least as I cant use it.
