Xbox one x wont stop crashing and shutting off.

2nd time I'm making this question.

My brand new, days old xbox one x keeps crashing and shutting off when I try to play games.

Disc games crash every now and then, but downloaded games crash constantly.

Some downloaded games like Metro 2033 and Ryse worked fine, but other downloads like Elder Scrolls online and Forza Horizon 4 and Bless Unleashed crashed and shut off my xbox seconds into the game.

It really makes me want a refund or to be sent a new xbox when I spend 300$ on a machine that I can only play like, 3 games on.

im not seeing any error codes/messages, it crashes the whole xbox. shuts it off. ive also tried power cycling, which wont work.

I have been playing on the OG xbox one and it hard crashes every day for a week it was fine no problems now with crossplay on or off i can barely load into a lobby without my xbox shutting off and not turning on. I really hope everyone is aware its not
just a problem for the one x its causeing issues on all xbox platforms.

The Xbox One X will shut off should there be overheating, yes.
